Mr. William Roberson, age 72 of Middleton, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on July 7, 2026. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 8 at Christ Temple Apostolic Church in Walnut, MS from 5:00pm – 9:00pm. Services will be held on July 9th at the church beginning at 12:00pm with visitation two hours prior. Burial will be held at Ebenezer Cemetery (Middleton) immediately following the services. Services will be officiated by Clay Hall, Don Cowsert and Jacob Busby.
Mr. Roberson was a hard-working man and loved being outside and working on anything he could get his hands on. He loved his family dearly and he gave each and every one of them a nickname. He was the best “Pop” in the world.
Mr. Roberson is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Diane Roberson; children, Kyle Roberson (Jennifer), Robin Roberson, and Eric Roberson; seven grandchildren, Kaitlyn Spears (John), Jacob Busby (Morgan), David Webb (Calie), Anna Jones (Alec), Luke Roberson (Jessica), Ryan Roberson, and Nate Roberson; five great-grandchildren, Lilly Webb, Ellie Webb, Jonah Spears, Ryleigh Spears, and Brayden Spears; brother, Daniel Roberson; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Lila Roberson; brother, George Roberson; and sisters, Myra Roberson and Judy Weatherly.
