Beverly Moore Baum peacefully entered her heavenly home on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Maplewood Healthcare and Rehab in Jackson, Tennessee, at the age of 85. Born on June 17, 1941, in Jackson, TN, the daughter of the late Federick Earl and Mary Sims Parish. Beverly’s life was a tapestry woven with love, faith, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends.
Throughout her 85 years, Beverly exemplified kindness and grace in all aspects of her life. Known for her gentle spirit and ready smile, she touched the lives of many around her—offering encouragement, support, and a comforting presence to all who knew her.
Beverly’s greatest joy was her family. She is lovingly remembered by her devoted daughter, Pam German (Mike), who stood by her mother’s side with steadfast love. Beverly’s legacy lives on in her grandchildren: Chad German, Kendall German Raley (Aaron), and Garrett Moore, each of whom brought boundless pride to her heart. She cherished her great grandson, Harrison Michael Raley, treasuring every moment she spent with him. Beverly’s warm circle also included her beloved sister, Brenda Younger, her cousin, Howard Sims, as well as a niece and several nephews.
Many who loved Beverly have preceded her in death, along with her parents, include her dear husband, Richard L. Baum, her infant son, Robert Scott Moore, her son, Terry M. Moore, her brother Bobby Parish, and her brother-in-law Robert Younger. Their memories remained vivid in Beverly’s heart, and she often spoke of each with tender affection and gratitude for the times they shared.
Beverly’s lifelong ties to Jackson, TN grounded her in a sense of community and place. She treasured the friendships she formed in her membership of West Jackson Baptist church, where she was a member of the Legacy Sunday school class and participated in many of the church activities and the traditions she upheld, finding purpose and fulfillment in nurturing relationships with those around her.
SERVICES: Family and friends are warmly invited to honor Beverly’s life. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Ron Hale officiating.
