Larry was a native and lifelong resident of Madison County and devout lover of Alabama Football.
As a career long graphic artist, he started his journey at NASA, progressed to Intergraph, while finally retiring from Home Depot as a Kitchen designer.
In his free time, he enjoyed decades of coaching football teams to championships, watching his son race, watching old westerns, and enjoying his retirement with his wife of 24 years, Teri, as well as his daughter, granddaughter, and her husband.
Survivors include his wife – Teri, daughter – Teresa Johnson, granddaughter – Brittaney Gillies and her husband Connor Gillies, sister – Barbara Blackwood and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 30th from 12:00 – 2:00 pm at Berryhill Funeral Home with a graveside funeral immediately following at 2:30 at Huntsville Memory Gardens.

For those attending the service, Alabama Football clothing or colors is encouraged but not required.
