Jim was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose greatest joy in life was the people he loved. He shared a loving marriage with his wife, Niaka Alexandria, and was a proud father to Sean Alexandria (Anna) and Kelly Miller (Brandon).

Nothing brought Jim more happiness than spending time with his grandchildren, Zander, Maddux, and Andrew. He cherished every moment with them and took great pride in watching them grow.

Jim had a lifelong passion for music and could often be found playing his guitar, sharing songs and memories with those around him. He also loved the game of golf, and his life’s work was dedicated to the golf course industry. His years working at Sunset Landing were more than a career—they were a calling. He took pride in his work and built lasting friendships along the way.

Jim will be remembered for his kind heart, his love of family, his music, his dedication to his work, and the countless memories he created with those fortunate enough to know him. His legacy lives on through his family and all whose lives he touched.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 1st, 2026, from 5-7pm, with service to follow at 7pm at Laughlin Service Funeral Home.
