Mary Jenell Weaver, 94, of Guntersville, passed away on June 9, 2026.
Born and raised in Henager, Alabama, Ms. Weaver graduated from Sylvania High School. She met the love of her life, John Donald Baxter, on a blind date while he was home on leave, and they were married in 1950. A gifted and accomplished artist, she held private shows in California and Atlanta, Georgia, and delighted in participating in local art shows throughout the years. Her creativity, warmth, and gracious spirit touched many.
Above all, Mary Jenell was deeply devoted to her family. She will be fondly remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, whose kindness and encouragement were a steady presence in the lives of those she loved.
She is survived by her daughter, Molly Camp; grandchildren, Don Robinson, Shawn Camp, and Megan Camp; great-grandchildren, Tyler Robinson, Ethan Robinson, Christopher Robinson, and Mason Robinson; and great-great-grandchildren, Ansley Robinson, Ellery Robinson, Elliott Robinson, and Rami Robinson.
