  Margarett Eulene Williams Profile PhotoMargarett Eulene Williams was born on September 26, 1946 in Iuka, Mississippi, the daughter of the late Lester Roberts, Jr. and Althea Aline South Roberts.

On September 14, 1992, she was united in marriage to Donald Patrick Williams, who preceded his wife in death on February 18, 2019.

Mrs. Williams worked as a clerk for the United States Postal Service. She loved tending to her flowers, especially her roses. She also loved singing, swimming, tanning, and dancing in her cowboy boots. Most of all, Margarett loved her family and cherished the time they spent together. She was a member of the Eastern Star and Counce First Baptist Church, where she was a choir member.

Margarett Eulene Williams departed this life on June 7, 2026 in Savannah, Tennessee, at the age of 79 years, 8 months, and 12 days.

She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Roberts Doran (Don) of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Ben Doran (Emily) of Savannah, Tennessee and Sam Doran of Savannah, Georgia; and great grandchildren, Larcyn Doran and Maverick Doran, both of Savannah, Tennessee.

She is survived by her son, Don Williams; grandchildren, Dalton Williams (Libby) and Drew Williams, both of Huntsville, Alabama; and great grandchild, Holden Williams of Huntsville, Alabama.

Margarett is also survived by her niece, Angie Roberts Ethridge (Kyle); great niece, Elle Ethridge; and special friend, Joe Craig.

In addition to her parents and husband, Margarett was preceded in death by her brothers, Eugene Roberts and Wayne Roberts.

Pallbearers will be Ben Doran, Sam Doran, Maverick Doran, Dalton Williams, Drew Williams, and Kyle Williams. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Walls, Joe Craig, Ron Weiler, and Joe Miller.
