Belinda Joiner Phillips, 66, of Rogersville, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2026 at Helen Keller Hospital. She was a loving wife, mother, memaw, daughter, sister and friend. She loved as hard as she worked.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 23rd from 1 – 2 p.m. at Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow in the chapel with Chris Joiner and Andy Corbett officiating. Burial will be in Rice Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jake Phillips, Samuel Cox, Leevi Cox, Joseph Haraway, Jeremy Grisham, Jebby Neese, Kobe Dickerson; honorary, Braylin Cannon and Gabriel Cannon.
Belinda was preceded in death by her father, John Joiner, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Phillips; daughters, Jennifer (Corey) Cox and Rebekah (Jon) Cannon; son, Kendall (Brandy) Phillips; mother, Shelby (Buster) Steen; grandchildren, Jake Phillips, Samuel (Grace) Cox, Breanna (JoJo) Cox, Leevi (Brook) Cox, Braylin Cannon, Gabriel Cannon and coming soon, Great Grandchild, Okie Dokie Cox; brother, Chris (April) Joiner; sisters, Lorrie (James) Baker and Bonita (Barry) Grisham and a host of nieces and nephews.
