William Franklin Sowder, 88, of Huntsville passed away Friday.
He was preceded in the death by his parents, William Palmer Sowder and Lena Mae Sowder and son, Chris Sowder.
Survivors include wife, Patricia Sowder of Huntsville; children, Phillip (Kathy) Sowder of Huntsville, Joel Sowder of Somerville, AL, Carrie (Kevin) Plank of Madison, Mimi (David) Little of Huntsville, Marc Garnsey of Spokane, WA, Bryan Garnsey of New Smyrna Beach, FL; twelve grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
A private memorial service is planned. The family is grateful for Hospice Family Care and would be honored with donations to them in William Sowder’s memory.
