Betty C. Ray, 77, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2020 at her residence.  She was born in Itawamba County, MS to D.E. and Viola Lee Brown Gullick.  She attended Altar Baptist Church and worked at Lindsey & Winchester Drapery for 44 years.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, June 16, 11 a.m. at Mt. Zion Cemetery with Bro. Billy Turvaville and David Ray officiating.  Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.  Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by three children-Tunya Scott (Ronald) and Terry Ray (Tracy) all of Golden, MS and Angie Vandiver (Jason) of Belden, MS; eight grandchildren-Jonathan Scott (LeAnn), Kayla Humphries (Dallas), Brittany Brunt (David), Brock Ray, Zeke Lofton, Chloe Lofton, Ben Lofton and Bryson Vandiver; six great-grandchildren-Macie Humphries, Allie Beth Scott, Addison Scott, Leighton Humphries, Jon Luke Scott and Cannon Snead and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband-Tommy Lee Ray; her parents and one sister-Marie Parr.

Pallbearers will be Brock Ray, Ben Lofton, Jonathan Scott, Gary Lindsey, Chase Lindsey and Dallas Humphries.

Visitation will be Monday, June 15, 6-9 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL.
