Funeral Services for Charles E. Carpenter will be at 11 a.m., Monday, July 23, 2018 at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home with burial immediately following at Hartselle Memory Gardens. Mr. Carpenter died July 18, 2018, at his home, and was preceded in death by his parents, Irving A. and Gertrude S. Carpenter, his wife, Arlene Marie Carpenter, one son, David Charles Carpenter, and 12 siblings.
