Mike Albin Nix, 51 of Phil Campbell, died August 14, 2016.
He was born in Germany, September 11, 1964. Mike was a member of First Baptist Church of Phil Campbell, The Carpenter’s Union #1209 and enjoyed calling High School Softball and Basketball Games. He was also an avid Alabama Football Fan. Roll Tide!
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 17, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Russellville, where the service will be held at 12:00 Thursday in the chapel. Burial will be at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Phil Campbell. Pastor Tim Haney will officiate.
Mike is survived by his wife of 15 years, Lisa Carol Pattat-Nix; Children and Step-Children, Misty (Shannon) Fleming, Heather (Anthoney) Clark, Jarrett Nix, Jerry (Crystal) Jenkins, and Tyler Jenkins; Four grandchildren, Dakota Fleming, Destiny Clark, Emma Clark, and Madelynn Jenkins; and a host of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Karen Stőberer; and grandparents, Leon and Adele Nix.
