Demetrice Carroll
FLORENCE-Two men have been arrested on Attempted Murder and Shooting into an occupied building Thursday, March 26 in Lauderdale County.
The shooting attempt occurred on December 18, 2014 at the Riverside Community Center on West Mobile Street. According to police the shooting was a result of a dispute between the victim and someone else. The victim was shot multiple times and did survive.
Carlos Thomson
Arrested today on Rainbow City Drive in Lauderdale County were Demetrice Carroll, 29 and Carlos Thomson, 30. Both men were arrested with the assistance of the U.S. Marshall’s Task Force, the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department and Florence Police Department.
Carroll and Thomson are currently being held in the Lauderdale County Detention Center.
