Zachary Tyler Childers, age 18, passed away July 5, 2017. Visitation will be today from 1-2:30 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. at Sheffield Oakwood Cemetery.
Zach was a 2017 graduate of Muscle Shoals High School.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Jim and Robbie Robbins.
He is survived by his father, Anthony Childers (Christy); mother, Linda Moore (Joel); siblings, Chase Childers (Baylee Smith), Joe Moore, and Mallory Layton; grandparents, K.C. and Rebecca Childers and Dennis and Edith Jezek; aunts and uncles, Leigh Ann Urrutia (Alex), Jason Childers, Amanda Sitton (Steve), Susan Cochran, Cindy Jezek, and Dennis Jezek (Pam); numerous loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his pets, Thor, Ranger, and Bella.
Pallbearers will be his closest friends Nick Stutts, Tanner Stanfield, Kaylon Miller, Chase Childers, Ryan Childers, Reagan Childers, and Shaye Fry.
Zach was a comedian always joking and making people laugh. He enjoyed horse shoes, bowling, and whipping his family at cards every holiday. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him, especially by his brother Chase who was his best friend.
