Michele Lynn Mitchell, age 49, of Leighton, passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at her residence.
She was born on August 15, 1975. She was a loving daughter, mother, and grandmother.
She is survived by her daughter, Sumer Ayers; grandchildren, Kalen Nesbitt, Alexis Ayers; father, Carl Mitchell; mother, Martha Dale Stevens, and brother, Eric Hershal Mitchell; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her son, Stephen Wayne Ayers; half-brother, Carl “Too” Mitchell; grandparents, Arlan & Dorothy Staggs, Lester & Lenice Mitchell.
A celebration of her life will be at 11:00 Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Midway Freewill Baptist Church on LaGrange Road.
