Wyatt Desmond Wells, 91, Russellville, Alabama, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2014, at Cottage of the Shoals in Tuscumbia.
He lived all his life in Franklin County and was a member of the Isbell First United Methodist Church. He was a WWII Veteran and retired from Ford Motor Company.
The family will receive friends on Monday, March 31, 2014, from 12 Noon until 2 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Franklin Memory Gardens.
Survivors include his daughter, Kaye Swinney and husband, G. C.
He was preceded in death by wife, Lucille DeVaney (Judy) Wells; parents, Edward Russell and Mattie King Wells; sisters, Elizabeth Kimbrough, Stella Hyde; brothers, Russell, Claude, Charlie, Johnny, Curran, Willard, Ralph and Roy Wells.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Kimbrough, Donnie Duncan, Kip Wells, Oliver Franklin, Sam Jones and David Hyde.
