Wilma Sue Lipps, age 81, of Kissimmee, Florida passed away on Monday, April 20, 2026. Wilma was born in Benhur, Virginia on June 1, 1945, the daughter of John Baskin Lipps and Laura Lucile Curkirk Lipps. She was of the Baptist faith.
Wilma is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth C. and Cynthia Nicolai; grandchildren, Christopher Nicolai (Abigail), Caitlin Hill (Ryan) and Candace Nicolai; great granddaughter, Alice Nicolai: and sister-in-law, Barbara Lipps. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Laura Lipps and her brother, Carl Lipps.
A graveside service for Wilma is planned for 1:00pm on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at Arab Memorial Cemetery. Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel assisting the family with arrangements.
