William “Scott” Hunt, age 51 of Chapmansboro, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.
Funeral services will be conducted at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View at 12:00PM on Monday, April 12 with Pastor Dewayne Lewis officiating. Burial will follow at EverRest of Cheatham with Jason Duncan, John Duncan, Jimmy Duncan, Gary Corn, Jimmy Duncan, III., and Tyler Duncan serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00PM-7:00PM and again on Monday from 10:00AM until the hour of service at 12:00PM.
Scott was born on February 14, 1970 in Nashville, Tennessee to Linda Johns Raines and the late William Hunt. He was a plumber in Facilities Maintenance Department at Centennial Medical Center. He loved fishing, boats, vacations, family and the Tennessee Titans. He loved his furry animal Sasha. Scott loved reading his Bible and was always sharing with people at work and praying over them. He was a great individual to many and was a Christian.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Tammy Hunt; son, Billy Hunt; daughters, Alaina & Kandice Hunt; sisters, Lisa Hunt & Jennie (Gary) Corn; and mother-in-law, Carmella (Doug) Daniel.
