Marjorie Hudgens Feltner, age 93, of Springfield, passed away Friday, April 9, 2021, at NorthCrest Medical Center. A graveside service will be held Monday, April 12, 2021, at 11am in the Springfield Memorial Gardens with Milton Knox officiating. Family and friends will be serving as pallbearers. There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service.
Mrs. Feltner was born November 8, 1927 in Pleasant View, TN to the late Herschel and Beatrice Browning Harris. She worked at Wilson Sporting Goods and ACME Boot until her retirement and she was a member of the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents Mrs. Feltner is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Feltner, her companion, Clarence Owen and her brothers, Billy Harris and George Harris.
Mrs. Feltner is survived by her son and his wife, Robin and Marty Hudgens of Springfield; daughters, Gwen Ankenbauer and Janie Hudgens, both of Springfield; and grandchildren, Zane Ankenbauer and Charlie Grace Hudgens.
