William Patrick Smith, age 58 of Valhermoso Spring’s Alabama, died Tuesday – March 22, 2016 at his residence.
Mr. Smith was born on May 12, 1957 to William Alton Smith and Estelene McDonald Smith in Huntington County, Indiana. He had lived in Valhermoso Spring’s for 35 years, moving here from Lorretto Tennessee. He served in the U.S. Army and was a carpenter for many years.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Barbara Ann Suit Smith; father and step mother: William Alton Smith & JoAnn Smith; sons: John Edward Suit (Cyndi), William Brandon “Bud” Smith (Bre), Cody Wayne Smith, Joel Thomas “J.T.” Smith; daughter: Brandi Charmaine Wilson (Adam); grandchildren: Shawn Patrick Wilson and Connor Dean Wilson; sister: Charlotte Beckmann (Scotty). He was preceded in death by his mother, Estelene McDonald Smith and a brother, Timothy Smith.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday – March 25, 2016 at Calvary Holiness Church in Lacey’s Spring Alabama, with Brother Jimmy Morrow officiating. Burial will be in Valhermoso Spring’s Holiness Church Cemetery, Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers will be Bud Smith, John Suit, Cody Smith, Shawn Wilson, J.T. Smith, Kane Ralph and Avery Ralph.
Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at Calvary Holiness Church.
