Funeral services for William Orland “Bubby” Rickman, Jr. , 50 , of Corinth are set for Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 2:00pm at Covenant Christian Assembly Church (NCCA) in Falkner, MS. with interment in Wilbanks Cemetery in Pocahontas, TN. Visitation will be Friday, September 25, 2020 from 5:00pm – 8:00pm and Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 10:00am until service time at Covenant Christian Assembly Church. Born December 30, 1969 to William Orland Rickman, Sr and Ruby Cummings Rickman Wilbanks of Corinth, Bubby passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Magnolia Regional Health Center due to complications of surgery. He was a retired painter and a member of Strickland Baptist Church. He loved spending time with his family, fishing and was anxiously awaiting the arrival of his granddaughter, Creedence. Bubby is survived by his daughter, Whitney Rickman of Corinth; son, Mitch Rickman and Fiancé Sarah of Corinth; sister, Cindy Porterfield of Walnut ; 3 nieces, Melissa Crum and husband Justin, MaKayla St. Louis and husband Cody and Meri Jo Porterfield; a great nephew, Stanton Bullock and great niece, Jaeleigh Crum; other relatives and a host of friends. He was welcomed to heaven by his biological father, William Orland Rickman, Sr.; mother, Ruby Cummings Wilbanks; his daddy, Wesley Wilbanks; his grandparents, Ma and Pa Cummings and Ma and Pa Wilbanks along with other family and friends.
