Funeral services for Mr. William Louis Deere , age 102, are scheduled for 2:00 pm Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at the Rock Hill Baptist Church with Bro. Lynn Walker officiating, burial will follow in the Rock Hill Cemetery. Mr. Deere passed away Saturday night in Lexington. He was Retired Construction Superintendent with M.P. Smith Construction and a farmer. He was born July 23, 1911 in Henderson County, TN. to the late Joe Allen and Annie Hesse Deere. He was preceded in death by first wife Laura Mae Graves Deere, daughter Cornelia Bryant and granddaughter Sherry Lee. Survivors include his wife Mrs. Ophelia Hall Deere, one son-Bill Deere (Janie), four grandchildren-Phil Bryant, Jeff Bryant, Mike Deere, and Becky Boscarino, five great grandchildren- Stefanie Boscarino, Daniel Lee, Chris Lee, Trent Bryant and Stephanie Powell, one great great grandchild- Brody Powell.
