Funeral service for William Lee Kennemer of Athens, Alabama, will be held on March 1, 2025, at 12:00 noon at the Round Island Creek Mission Center (13829 Lucas Ferry Road Athens, AL 35611) with Pastor Joe E. Green, Pure In Heart Baptist Church, Louisville, KY, officiating. Funeral arrangements will be handled by Rodgers-Awkard & Lyons Funeral Home Louisville, KY. All flowers and gifts should be delivered to the Mission Center on Saturday, March 1, 2025, beginning at 9:30 a.m. prior to the funeral service. Public viewing will be from 11:00 a.m. until funeral time. Interment and committal will be at the Thatch-Mann cemetery.
