Gerald Reeves was a long-time member of Florence Boulevard Church of Christ. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and attending all the activities they participated in. Mr. Reeves enjoyed watching Alabama football games holding season tickets. He spent many hours traveling in his motor home taking family beach trips to the Gulf of America for over 25 years. William enjoyed spending peaceful time in nature walking many miles up County Road 24 and on the Dibert Park trail. He followed the stock market closely and kept up with politics. The grandkids loved eating Epaw’s famous homemade ice cream almost as much as he enjoyed making it for them. Spending time with family is what he enjoyed most of all. He especially cherished the time spent with his great-grandchildren.
The family would like to express appreciation to NAMC ICU staff especially Jacob, Emma, Emily, Gabi, Jessica, Ali, Dr. William Heaton, and the Cardiac Cath lab for their excellent care of Epaw.
