Funeral service for William Edward Luker, 79, will be Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 3:00pm at Peck Funeral home with Bro. Jeff Sherrell officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. The burial will be at Piney Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, August 7, 2023 at Peck Funeral Home from 6:00PM – 8:00PM.
Mr. Luker died on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at his residence. He was born on December 17, 1943 in Lawrence County, to Harry and Lillian Luker. Mr. Luker was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a member of Piney Grove First Congregational Methodist Church and loved to deer hunt. He was preceded in death by his parents: Harry and Lillian Luker, one Daughter: Tammy Luker, two bothers: Gerald Luker and Drennen Luker, four sisters: Evelyn Kerce, Jean Hays, Gail Harville, and Sue Woods.

Daughter: Dawn Terry (Byron)
Brother: Gary Luker (Cathie)
Three Sisters: Phyllis Todd, Sherry Luker, and Judy Vernon
Three Grandchildren: Amanda Brooks (Chris), Brit Bowling (Sophie), and Colby Bowling
Five Great Grandchildren and Three Step Great Grandchildren
Pallbearers will be Brit Bowling, Colby Bowling, Huntley Segars, Darryl Hogan, Jeff Luker, and Jeremy Luker.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Trace Bowling, Sawyer Brooks, and Tim Singleton.
