Longtime Tupelo resident, retired engineer and faithful member of First United Methodist Church in Tupelo, William “Billy” Moore died Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Sanctuary Hospice House after a period of declining health. Billy lived in Memphis for many years and returned to the Moore family home in 1995 with his wife, Carolyn Moore.
