Billy O. Whitlock, 90, died peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, November 1, 2020 while residing at his daughter’s home in Charleston, MS. Billy was a longtime resident and former Mayor of Okolona.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Holly Funeral Directors, who are entrusted with the arrangements.
