William “Billy” Campbell Gordon Jr. of Pulaski, Tennessee passed away on Friday, May 1, 2026, at Southern Tennessee Regional Pulaski. He was born in Pulaski, Tennessee on March 3, 1940, and was 86 years old.
Billy was a loving father, grandfather, and brother. He was a graduate of Bodenham School. Billy enjoyed farming and watching sports, especially his grand-kids and great grand-kids. He was a people person; he loved to talk and cut up with others. Billy was an Elder at Mt. Moriah Church and a lifetime member of the Lions Club, where he served as President for many years. He served as the Giles County Tax Assessor for four terms, until his retirement. Prior to this he was the co-owner of Gordon Brothers Oil Company.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at 2:00pm, at Maplewood Cemetery in Pulaski, Tennessee.
Billy was preceded in death by, his wife, Martha Gordon, parents, William Campbell Gordon Sr. and Virginia Dare Derryberry, and son, Billy Eugene Gordon.
He is survive by;

Great-Grandchildren, Alden, Abby, Allie Kate, Alivia, Axton Staggs, and Braiden and MaKinley Solomon

Steve (Carol) Gordon of Pulaski, TN
Randy (Debbie) Gordon of Minor Hill, TN
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
