A service celebrating the life of William “Bill” Brinkman, 69, of Decatur, will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2018, at 10 a.m. at Decatur Presbyterian Church, P.C.A. Bill passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 17, 2018.
Bill was a wonderful, caring man and was loved by many. He was born in Michigan and moved to Alabama to continue his work for Saginaw Steering Gear-Delphi for 38 years. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Pauline Brinkman of Michigan. He will be greatly missed by his wife, Mary; his daughter, Erin Brinkman of Starkville, Mississippi; his sister, Beverly Foss of Michigan; sisters-in-law, Barb, Sharon and Judy; numerous nieces and nephews.
