Wilbur R. McKinney, 81, passed away Thursday, May 9, 2024 at his residence. He was born in Franklin County, AL to Leffa and Josie Harrison McKinney. He was retired from Tiffin Motor Homes and was a member of First Baptist Church in Red Bay.
Funeral services will be Friday, May 10, 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Bro. Larry Hill and Bro. Bill Harper officiating. Burial will be in Belmont Memory Gardens. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by one son, Clair Ray McKinney; his granddaughter, Casey McKinney and great-grandchildren, Bryson Lanctot and Sadie White.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty McKinney; his parents and one sister, Catherine Hall.
Visitation will be Friday, May 10, 12-2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL.
