Waunitta Mcgee was born July 19, 1955 in Prentiss County unto the late David and Hattie Faye Miller McGaha. She departed this life Sunday, March 16, 2025 at her home in Baldwyn, MS surrounded by her family and friends.
At an early age she united with Mt. Olive M. B. Church, where she remained until death. She graduated from Baldwyn High School in 1974.
She leaves to mourn her passing, two daughters: Vanita R. McGee and Kanisha McGee; her siblings: Annie F. Beene, Angela McGaha, Marilyn McGaha, Donna Young (David), Lakisha McGaha, and Dennis Scales and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other
relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Bob McGee; parents: David and Hattie F. McGaha, and one son: Johnathan McGee.
