Wanda Lee Williams Parnell, age 91 of Jasper, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2026 at Ridgeview Health Services.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 6:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Philadelphia Baptist Church. Richard Aaron will officiate.
Mrs. Parnell was preceded in death by her Father-Claude Williams; Mother-Jeania Handley Williams; Sister-Arlena Williams Bailey; Brother-Tony Williams; Husband-James Parnell.
She is survived by her Granddaughter-Melody Parnell Smallwood (Shane); Great Granddaughter-Breanna Smallwood Cain (Alex) all of Jasper; Son-Mike Parnell (Jennifer); Grandson-Stetson Parnell all of Jasper; Host of nieces, nephews and other family.
