Wanda Lee Parker Blackburn, 62, died Thursday, March 28, 2013. Visitation began at 6 p.m. Friday and will continue until 11 a.m. today at Trinity Assembly of God, Red Bay. Services will be 11 a.m. today at the church, with burial in Burnout Cemetery, Vina. She was selected Nurse of the Year of Tennessee in 2004. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, is directing.
