Wanda Faye Campbell, age 74, of Haleyville passed away Sunday August 30, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 22, 1952 to Eugene and Lenora Cook. Wanda was a beautiful, kind soul who enjoyed going to church and watching her grandchildren. She was special to so many and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be Thursday September 3, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville. The service will be held the following day, Friday September 4 at 11:00 a.m. New Bethel Baptist Church in Bear Creek. Brother Chris Sherrill will officiate. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Wanda is survived by her sister, Linda Brown; daughters, Michele (Franklin) Webster and Linda (Justin) Farr; grandchildren, Austin (Kimberlyn) Campbell, Zachary Farr, Gracie Hester, Kara Beth Farr, and Deklin Farr; three great grandchildren; and a host of honorary grandchildren.
