Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m. Thursday, January 31, 2019 at First Missionary Baptist Church( 3509 Blue Springs Road, Huntsville, AL 35810) with Dr. Julius R. Scruggs officiating. Interment will be in the Valhalla Memory Gardens. Mr. Palmer will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
The Palmer family will have a Masonic ceremony from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at the Royal Chapel of Memories followed by family visitation from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Public viewing will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 30, 2019 and 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 31, 2019 at the Royal Funeral Home.
