Walker Sims, age 30, of Trinity, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, April 21, 2025 at 6:00 PM at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Greg Standridge officiating.
Mr. Sims was born in Morgan County, Alabama on July 29, 1994 to Steven Brent and Debra Leann Shelton Sims.
Mr. Sims was a loving son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. He will be greatly missed! Although we mourn his passing, his kindness and love will endure in our hearts and the hearts of all who knew him.
Walker was preceded in death by his mother, Debra Sims.
Walker is survived by his father, Brent Sims; brother, Wheeler Sims (fiancé Brissa); niece, Everly Leeann Vega; grandmother, Emily Shelton; uncle and aunt, Barry and Karen Keith; and four cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made In Loving Memory of Walker Sims to The American Heart Association.
Shelton Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
