WALKER COUNTY– A Walker County has been reported missing man,Thomas Jefferson Phillips, 86. He is a white male.
Phillips was last seen on 3 August 2015 in the Manchester area of North Walker County Alabama. He is wearing an Alabama Ball Cap, tan pants and a dark shirt.
Phillips is driving a 1998 White Dodge Caravan, Alabama Tag 67AM147.
