Wade Durham, age 73, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, May 21, 2021, at his residence. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Toledo Edison Company, and a member of Salem Church of Christ. Mr. Durham served his country honorably in the U.S. Army with the 101st Airborne as a Ranger in Vietnam.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Ava Pace Durham; two sisters, Sue Perales and Kay Armistead; and one brother, W.H. Durham.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Vandiver Durham of Lawrenceburg, TN; two daughters, Dawn Morrison and Michelle Carter, both of Toledo, OH; four grandchildren, David Morrison (Mercedes) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Britni Morrison, Cole Morrison, and McKale Carter, all of Toledo, OH; three great-grandchildren, Tiki Morrison, Jax Bishop, and Remington Wade Morrison; and one sister, Anne Springer of Lawrenceburg, TN.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, May 23, 2021, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Monday, May 24, 2021, with Keith Barnett and Bill Brazier officiating. Interment will follow at Shaw Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN with military honors.
