Von Joy Holland Lacy, age 82 of Winchester, passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Morning Pointe in Tullahoma. She was born July 1, 1939 in Franklin County to the late Paul Holland and Odie Davidson Holland. Mrs. Lacy was an English teacher for 31 years at Franklin County High School. She was a bridge club member who enjoyed playing cards, golfing and watching Jeopardy. She will be remembered as a smart, wonderful wife and mother who was dedicated to her family and her students. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Tady, Bay, Elaine and Kay. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Tom Lacy of Winchester; children, Lisa Lacy of Emerald Isle, NC and Leah (Mark) Esper of Fort Myers, FL; and grandchildren, Luke, Jack and Kate.
