Mrs. Vivian L. Pruitt, 85 of Florence passed away Thursday, March 14, 2013 at
ECM Hospital. She was a native of Lauderdale County and a member of Cloverdale First Baptist Church.
Visitation is today, March 16, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Sunday, March 17, 2013 at 2 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with burial in Greenview Memorial Park. Officiating will be the Rev. Billy George and the Rev. Bob Carriveau.
Mrs. Pruitt is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Norma Lindsey, husband, Tommie Pruitt, son, Donnie Pruitt, daughter, Carol Kennedy , and brother, Leon Lindsey.
She is survived by daughter, Vicki Kass(Larry), two brothers, Cloyd(Red) Lindsey and Charles Lindsey, three sisters, Joyce Doty, Wanda Teeter, and Diane West, grandchildren, Kimberly and Kyle Kass, Stacey Jacobson, Jennifer McCaffrey, Lauren Pruitt, Brian Kennedy, and five great grandchildren.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
