Funeral service for Virginia Ruth Price, 86, will be Sunday, October 15, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Dane Hayes and Don Collier officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Graveside service with burial will be in Ryan Baptist Church Cemetery, in Joppa, Alabama. Visitation will be Sunday, October 15, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Price passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at her residence. She was born April 12, 1937, in Cullman County, to Albert Clyde Berry and Hazel Norma Mann Berry.
She was employed at Arab Hospital, prior to her retirement and was a Baptist in her faith. She enjoyed birds, inside and outside gardening, flowers and especially her chickens. She loved her family with all of her heart. Her parents and two brothers Charles Clyde Berry and Bobby Ray Berry preceded her in death.

Brother – Ronald Norman Berry
Six Grandchildren and
Seven Great Grandchildren
Pallbearers will be Jacob Lawrence, Scott Derrick, Johnathan Pirkle, Justin LouAllen, Joshua Price and Caleb Lawrence.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of the Valley or to the Gideons.
