A Private Family Graveside Funeral service and Interment for Mary Edith Griffin, 93, will be at Hamby’s Chapel with Bro. Bill Stone officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. No Visitation is scheduled.
Mrs. Griffin died on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born September 23, 1930, in Morgan County, to Emern Argus Holmes and Viola Maddux Holmes. She was a homemaker for her family and a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband: Winford Clell Griffin.
Survivors include, two Children, one Son-in-law, two Grandchildren, five Great Grandchildren, one Great Great Grandchild, one Brother and four Sisters.
