Virgie “Granny” Byrd, 94, of Huntsville, passed away Tuesday.
Survivors include her son-in-law, William Muhlhauser; granddaughters, Deanna Byrd, Jennifer Mann, Tammy Herrin Cox, Stacey Meregildo, and adopted granddaughters; great-grandchildren, Mandy Hill Fletcher, Brandy Hill Locke, Lori Mann, Justin Mann, Gary Mann, Will Cox, and Despian Cox; and great-great-grandchildren, Brianna Bradford, Kaitlyn “KK” Mann, Brandon Locke, Michael “MJ” Locke, Keyshawn, Isaiah, and Landon.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in New Friendship Cemetery in Union Grove, Alabama.
