Violet Lucile Bennett, age 86, of Jasper, passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, with funeral services following at 11:00 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Bennett Cemetery.
Mrs. Bennett was preceded in death by her Husband-Billy Joe Bennett; Mother-Hilda Gebert Parkin; Father-Claud Parkin; Daughter-Karen Fletcher; Sons-Dennis Fletcher and George Fletcher; Sisters-Laura, Merl, Viola, Ester, Geraldine, Evelyn, Shirley, Betty, Flossie and Florence; Brothers-Clarence, George and Norman; Step Sons-Steve Bennett and Kevin Bennett.
She is survived by her Daughters-Linda Suttles of Auburn Hills, MI, Shirley Avery (Randy) of North Brunch, MI and Donna Hodgins (Mark) of Sterling Heights, MI; Son-Michael Fletcher (Ann) of Winchester, TN; Stepchildren-Donna Jo Olge, Keith Bennett (Jennifer), Pam Bennett and Jimmy Bennett (Karla); 14 Grandchildren; Host of Great Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren
