Funeral service for Vicki Carter, 62, will be Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Kelsey Parham officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Mt Tabor Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, January 28, 2017 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Carter died on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at her residence. She was born December 22, 1954, in Morgan County to Franklin Guy Spivey and Mary Francis Huskey Spivey. She was preceded in death by her father.
