Vera Holdbooks Putman, age 92, Haleyville, Al passed away Friday, September 6, 2013.
She was a retired Beautician, and a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.
Visitation is Saturday, September 7, 2013 from 2:00 – 3:00 pm at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville, AL. Service to follow at 3:00 pm in the chapel with Dennis Steward officiating.
Burial in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by sons: Clinton( wife Sonya) Holdbrooks, Jerry Don Holdbrooks and
Danny( wife Sonya) Holdbrooks; Seven(7) Grandchildren and Seven(7) Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by parents, William Arthur and Mae Defoor League; 1st husband, Clarence William Holdbrooks and 2nd husband Charles Putman; 2 Brothers, Theo League and Thurlo League.
