Jimmy Thornton, Jr., 42, Russellville, passed away on Thursday, September 05, 2013 at Russellville High School.
The visitation will be 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. Saturday, September 07, 2013 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will follow at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel. Officiating at the service will be Bro. Roger Jones. Burial will be at Mount Zion Cemetery.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Thornton, Sr.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Eyelene Dutton Thornton; children, Corey Thornton, Jamie Taylor (husband, Bradley), Justin Thornton; mother, Charlene Thornton; sisters, Pam Thornton (husband, David), Penny McGee (husband, Jerry); and several nieces & nephews.
The pallbearers will be Aaron Welch, Randy Dutton, Walter Dutton, Andy Dutton, Daniel Turbyfill, Tony Malone, and Dakota Dutton.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
