Vera Beth Howell age 64 of Athens, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2104 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Ms. Howell was born August 24, 1949 to Floyd Travelstead and Virginia Bell Travelstead.
Memorial services will be planned at a later date. Limestone Chapel Funeral Home assisting the family.
Preceded in death by her father, Floyd Travelstead.
Survived by her soul mate/ life partner, Wayne Putz; three daughters, Janice Heard and husband, Mark, Lori Bottoms and husband, Mark and Ronnie O’Donnell and husband, Stephen; one son, Mark Edmunds and wife, Kris; four brothers, John Travelstead and wife, Glenda, Paul Travelstead, David Travelstead and Loyd Travelstead; mother, Virginia Travelstead; six grandchildren, Tiffany Lawrence, Nathan Edmunds, Jason Edmunds, Camden Edmunds, McKenna O’Donnell and Wade Bottoms.
