Valeria Redding Heath, 89, of Guntersville, AL passed away Sunday, December 25, 2016. Visitation will be Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with service to follow in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Brother Larry Smart will be officiating. She was a member of North Village Baptist Church.
Valeria was preceded in death by husband John S. Heath; daughter, Brenda Seal; two brothers and six sisters.
Survivors are son, Terry H. Stricklin (Jan); stepdaughters, Elizabeth Stumpe (Richard), Deborah McFall (Steve) and Constance Hober (Jack); stepson, Timothy Heath; 22 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Richard Stumpe, Stephen Stricklin, Kelly Stricklin, Chuck Coburn, Drake Seal, and Lucas Green.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Shepherd’s Cove at 408 Martling Rd Albertville, AL 35951.
