Funeral service for Mary M. Stephenson, 93, will be Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 12:00 PM at East Highland Baptist Church with Bro. Walter Blackman officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Bethel Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 4, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church.
Mrs. Stephenson died on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Huntsville Hospital. She was born June 28, 1923, in Morgan County to Luke P. Norris and Alma Beasley Norris. She was the oldest female charter member of East Highland Baptist Church. She was a business owner of Lawrence Maytag Laundrymat and was a bookkeeper for Mt. Valley Water Authority prior to her retirement.
