Una Ray Parks Parton, age 93, of Tuscumbia died Monday, February 18, 2013. Visitation will be Thursday from noon until 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Red Bay, AL. Her funeral service will follow in the church sanctuary with Bro. Chris Twilley, Bro. Bill Harper and Bro. Larry Hill officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Tuscumbia at 4:30 p.m.
Mrs. Parton was a member of First Baptist Church, Red Bay, and was preceded in death by her husband, James Parton, son, Mike Parton and daughter, Becky Twilley.
She is survived by her son, Marcus Parton (Connie); grandchildren ,Mary Ann Thompson (Chris), Tina Malley(Steve), Chris Twilley (Amy), Mark Parton (Lori); great grandchildren, Caleb Thompson, Luke Thompson, Emma Thompson, Ryan Thompson, Joshua Twilley, Scarlett Twilley, Kaylee Twilley, Alli Twilley, Regan Malley, Preston Malley and her sister, Juanita Allison (Earl).
Pallbearers are Richard Twilley, Chris Thompson, Caleb Thompson, Luke Thompson, Joshua Twilley and Ryan Thompson.
